江西特色饮片泡吴茱萸的质量标准研究
Study on Quality Standard of Jiangxi Characteristic Decoction Pieces Evodiae Fructus with Water Decoction of Radix Glycyrrhizae

Abstract
To establish and improve the quality standards for Evodiae Fructus with water decoction of Radix Glycyrrhizae.The microscopic identification and TLC were used for identification of Evodiae Fructus with water decoction of Radix Glycyrrhizae,using the Chinese Phar-macopoeia 2020 edition Part four method to determine water content,total ash,acid insoluble ash,extract;the content of rutaevin and lim-onin were determined by HPLC-ELSD.The microscopic characteristics of Evodiae Fructus with water decoction of Radix Glycyrrhizae have been determined,with rich TLC and clear spots.The result indicated that the average water content of 4 batches of Evodiae Fructus with water decoction of Radix Glycyrrhizae is 9.1％,the average total ash content is 8.1％,the average acid insoluble ash content is 0.3％,and the average extract content is 48.8％.The linear range of sample injection amounts for rutaevin and limonin is 0.097 61～2.928 3 μg and 0.210 5～6.315 0 μg,the average recovery rate was 98.37％and 98.61％;RSD was 1.8％and 1.7％,and had good linear relationships within the corresponding range.The method established is easy to operate,accurate in results,and has good repeatability,providing a reference for improving the quality standard for Evodiae Fructus with water decoction of Radix Glycyrrhizae decoction pieces.关键词
