Design and application of comprehensive dispatching information management platform for pilot water network in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area

Abstract
To implement national water network development plans and advance intelligent dispatching of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area(GBA)water network,this study selected four eastern cities in the GBA-Guangzhou,Shenzhen,Huizhou,and Dongguan-as the pilot area and developed the Comprehensive Dispatching Information Management Platform for the Guangdong GBA Water Network.Based on the overall technical architecture of the Guangdong Smart Water Conservancy Project,this study analyzed water network dispatching operations and functional requirements and developed five business applications covering water network safety monitoring,dispatching information management,emergency response,routine business management,and project planning management.Developed multi-protocol adaptation and data aggregation for IoT,and a stepwise optimization approach to coordinated interbasin water network dispatching was proposed.Application results showed that the platform supports the coordinated allocation of multiple interbasin water sources.The overall water shortage rate in the pilot area has fallen to zero,while the water-flow allocation rate of the backbone water network has increased by 10％.The research results provide a replicable model for digital twin water network construction and a reference for provincial water network development.关键词
