基于国家级专家服务基地的观赏园艺学科创新人才培养模式探索与实践
Exploration and Practice of Innovative Talent Cultivation Model for Ornamental Horticulture Discipline Based on the National Expert Service Base

Abstract
Relying on the National Expert Service Base,this study explores an innovative talent cultivation model for postgraduates in ornamental horticulture,aiming to meet the urgent demand for high-level interdisciplinary talent in upgrading China's floriculture industry.Addressing current challenges in postgraduate education—such as the insufficient integration of industry and education,weak practical skills,and a lack of service awareness—a five-in-one cultivation system was established,encompassing advisor team development,professional competence enhancement,practical skill cultivation,service-oriented mindset shaping,and curriculum-based ideological and political leadership.Through measures such as cultivating dual-qualified advisors,implementing a dual-mentorship system,promoting industry-derived thesis topics,developing project-based courses,building high-quality practical platforms,conducting job rotation and internship training,and institutionalizing scientific and technological services,the deep integration of talent cultivation and industrial demand has been effectively promoted.Practical application demonstrates that this model significantly enhances advisors'capacity for industry-education collaborative mentoring and postgraduates'innovative and practical competence,strengthens their commitment to serving agriculture,rural areas,and farmers,and provides a replicable pathway for cultivating innovative and applied talent in agriculture-related universities.关键词
