Abstract
Jianning county,the source of the Minjiang River,is located in the middle section of the Wuyi Mountains in northwestern Fujian province.It boasts 23 300 ha of high-quality bamboo forests.The bamboo shoot industry is a speciality pillar agricultural industry.Taking advantage of the natural endowment excellent for bamboo growth and the millennium-long processing skills of bamboo shoots,the county has developed a bamboo industrial pattern of"consolidating the primary industry for material supply,developing the secondary industry as the pillar industry,and cultivating the tertiary industry".In 2024,the bamboo shoot industry contributed the total output value of 1.464 billion yuan.However,the industry still faces bottlenecks such as poor infrastructure,extensive management,low extent of deep processing,weak brand influence and insufficient integration of the tertiary industry.Based on field studies,the paper follows the strategic orientation of"bamboo as a substitute for plastic"and"dual carbon"targets and proposes a high-quality whole-chain development path from three dimensions of improving the quality and efficiency of the primary industry,upgrading the secondary industry and innovating the integration of the tertiary industry.The aim is to achieve the transformation of Jianning county from a"Town of Bamboo Shoots"to an"strong industrial county"and provide practical references for the development of bamboo industry in similar mountainous counties along the Fujian-Jiangxi border.关键词
