百年川派文氏验方柏黄消痈散治疗肿块期肉芽肿性乳腺炎的临床研究
Clinical study on the treatment of granulomatous lobular mastitis at the mass stage with Baihuang Xiaoyong Powders,a century-old prescription from the Sichuan-style Wen's breast school

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Baihuang Xiaoyong Powders,a century-old prescription from the Sichuan-style Wen's breast school,in treating granulomatous mastitis at the mass stage.Method Thirty-five patients with granulomatous lobular mastitis at the mass stage who met the inclusion criteria were selected and treated with external application of Baihuang Xiaoyong Powders for four months.The traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrom scores(including breast pain degree,mass size,mass distribution range,and mass texbure)were observed before treatment and at 1,2,3,and 4 months after treatment.Result After using Baihuang Xiaoyong Powders,the degree of breast pain,the size of the mass,the distribution range of the mass,and the texture of the mass were all significantly improved(P<0.05).The patients experienced a significant reduction in breast pain initially.After four months,the patients'breast pain score dropped from 6.86 to 0.44,representing a decrease of 93.59%compared with baseline.The mass size score dropped from 7.20 to 1.89,the mass distribution range score dropped from 3.82 to 0.86,and the texture of the mass score dropped from 4.84 to 1.22,improving by 73.75%,77.49%,and 74.49%respectively.Conclusion External application of Baihuang Xiaoyong Powders has a significant therapeutic effect on granulomatous lobular mastitis at the mass stage.关键词
