东北道地清热解毒类中药的药理作用研究进展
Research Progress on the Pharmacological Effects of Genuine Heat-Clearing and Detoxifying Medicinal Materials in Northeast China
摘要
Abstract
Heat-clearing and detoxifying medicines,which are rich in variety and widely used,constitute an important part of traditional Chinese medicine.Heat-clearing and detoxifying medicines are mostly cold and cool in nature,with the functions of clearing heat,draining fire,cooling blood,detoxification and other effects.They are mainly used for syndromes caused by internal heat,fire poison,damp-heat,epidemic and other pathogenic heat factors.Modern pharmacological studies have shown that heat-clearing and detoxifying medicine has significant antibacterial,anti-inflammatory,antioxidant,antiviral,anti-tumor and other effects,and can regulate the activity of immune fac-tors and enhance the immune function of the body.Owing to the special geographical environment and climatic conditions in Northeast Chin-a,the medicinal materials produced in this origin are of good quality and have high medicinal value.The representative clearing heat and removing toxicity medicine include Taraxacum,Isatidis Radix,Rhizoma Menispermi,pericarpium Juglandis,Trollius chinensis Bunge,Ca-lyx seu Fructus Physalis,etc.In this study,the active ingredients and pharmacological effects of the clearing heat and detoxifying medicinal materials were reviewed in order to understand the pharmacological activity and mechanism of the representative traditional medicine ma-terials in Northeast China.关键词
