摘要

Abstract

Advanced paternal age has become increasingly prevalent,which is associated with an elevated risk of adverse reproductive outcomes,including reduced fertility rates,increased miscarriage rates,and increased offspring health problems.This article systematically reviews the research advances in male reproductive aging,focusing on the systemic molecular and cellular changes associated with testicular aging and its underlying mechanisms.By analyzing the characteristics of different testicular cell types in response to aging,this review further clarifies how aging affects male reproductive health,and provides potential molecular targets and theoretical basis for developing interventions against reproductive function decline.
