分散居住区基本公共体育服务标准化供给的机制与对策研究
Mechanisms and Countermeasure for the Standardized Provision of Basic Public Sports Services in Dispersed Residential Areas

Abstract
The establishment of a high-level public fitness service system serves as a core supporting factor for the development of a leading sports country.In response to the limited coverage of traditional basic public sports services in sparsely populated regions in China,such as islands,pastoral areas,and mountainous regions,Zhoushan in Zhejiang Province has innovatively explored a mobile basic public sports service model,offering a case reference under specific circumstances.Guided by the people-centered philosophy and the principle of demand-responsiveness,this study,through a comprehensive applica-tion of literature review,interviews,and field research methods,systematically expounded on the connotation and characteristics of standardized mobile ba-sic public sports services,differentiates them from related services,and conducted an in-depth analysis of the generation logic and standardized value of the Zhoushan case,followed by an exploration of its standardized supply mechanism.Subsequently,it identifies problems in the standardized supply process of the Zhoushan case and proposes optimization approaches from five dimensions:improving the institutional framework,refining organizational structures,strengthening resource support,optimizing service content,and improving service processes.关键词
