核心素养下《体育与健康课程标准(2025年修订版)》的缘起、变化与实施策略
Reasons,Changes and Implementation Strategies of the Physical Education and Health Curriculum Standards 2025 Revised Editions from the Perspective of Core Competencies

Abstract
The 2025 revised editions of the Physical Education and Health Curriculum Standards were issued to fully incorporate the theoretical innovations of the Party and the state,respond actively to the new trends in educational development in the new era,and solve the problems in the implementation of the PE and health curriculum.The revision of the Compulsory Education Curriculum Standards primarily focuses on three areas:the nature and philosophy of the curriculum,curriculum content,and implementation recommendations,with particular emphasis on ensuring that the relevant provisions align with the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and the Plenary Sessions of the 20th Central Committee.The revision of the General High School Curriculum Standards is mainly reflected in five aspects:curriculum nature and philosophy,curriculum objectives,curriculum content,academic qual-ity,and implementation suggestions,as well as enhanced alignment with the compulsory education stage.Looking ahead,it is essential to gain a thorough un-derstanding of the new principles embodied in the 2025 revised standards,uphold both continuity and innovation in the implementation of Physical Educa-tion and Health Curriculum Standards,promote targeted training for the implementation of the revised standards,and strengthen supporting measures to en-sure their effective implementation.关键词
