"健康第一"教育理念下体育教育专业健康教育类课程的问题诊断与优化路径
Problem Diagnosis and Optimization Paths of Health Education Curriculum in Physical Education Majors un-der the "Health First" Concept

Abstract
In order to implement the"health first"concept,it is urgent to optimize health education(HE)curricula for physical education(PE)majors and cul-tivate high-quality,professional school HE teachers.This study focused on the HE curricula of Class A+PE majors in the Shanghai Ranking's Best Chinese Majors Ranking 2025.Adopting text analysis,field observation and in-depth interviews,this study systematically diagnosed the problems of HE curricula from three dimensions,including curriculum basis,structural design and practical application.The results revealed that HE curricula for PE majors suffer from systematic dilemmas,including inadequate curriculum basis,unbalanced curriculum structure,and disjointed curriculum practice.Accordingly,it is proposed to establish the mandatory status of HE by revising the National Teaching Quality Standards for PE Undergraduate Programs and talent training ob-jectives.The curriculum structure should be reconstructed via thematic embedding,functional transformation and disciplinary integration.Furthermore,an in-tegrated curriculum practice system inside and outside universities should be constructed to comprehensively improve the HE literacy of PE normal college students.关键词
