三度归因理论视角下信息弱势群体算法素养影响因素研究
Research on the Algorithmic Literacy Influencing Factors of Information Vulnerable Groups From the Perspective of Three-Dimensional Attribution Theory

Abstract
[Purpose/Significance]Identifying the influencing factors of algorithm literacy among information disadvan-taged groups provides a reference basis for assessing the current status of algorithm literacy among such groups in China.This is conducive to improving the information service level for information disadvantaged groups in China and effectively narrowing the digital divide in the algorithm environment.[Methods/Process]Based on the three-dimensional attribution theory,this paper obtained raw data through literature retrieval and in-depth interviews.Using the grounded theory,the paper extracted the index system of influencing factors of algorithm literacy among information disadvantaged groups.On this basis,this study employed the DEMATEL method to identify the key influencing factors,and the ISM method to ana-lyze the internal relationships and action paths among the factors.[Result/Conclusion]The analysis shows that algorithm usage efficiency,algorithm control ability,algorithm trust,algorithm dependence,and algorithm security concerns are the factors that have the greatest impact on the algorithm literacy of information disadvantaged groups.Privacy protection abi-lity,algorithm existence perception,algorithm transparency,algorithm explainability,algorithm usability,algorithm com-plexity,and other 12 factors are surface-level factors that have a direct impact on algorithm literacy;device operation abi-lity,algorithm risk awareness,policy support environment,algorithm function adaptability,and other 9 factors are middle-level factors;algorithm logic understanding,information retrieval ability,algorithm control ability,and algorithm trust are 4 deep-level factors.Furthermore,this study proposes countermeasures and suggestions from three aspects:user subject initiative,algorithm design and environmental guarantee.关键词
