摘要
Abstract
The Kubuqi 2000 MW PV desertification control project of Western Inner Mongolia base is one of the first large-scale wind and PV base projects in China, and also the largest PV desertification control project with a single installed capacity in the country. This project innovatively adopts a development model of"bifacial power generation on the elevated platform and double-layer ecology under the elevated platform".This paper focuses on the special construction environment in desert areas and uses this project as the research background to study the technical support for the construction phase of PV desertification control projects.Firstly, the overview of the project is introduced, and the core challenges faced during the construction process under extreme conditions are analyzed. Then,a multi-dimensional construction technology management guarantee system is proposed, and operational practice analysis is conducted on the system. Finally,an analysis is conducted on the implementation effectiveness of the construction technology management guarantee system, and empirical insights are provided. The research results show that the implementation of this project faces three core challenges:environmental extremism, technological complexity, and integrated management.A construction technology management guarantee system has been constructed from three dimensions:technical guarantee, safety guarantee, and ecological coordination guarantee. This has promoted the coordinated operation of project construction quality, construction safety, and ecological governance, and provided important core experience for the construction of similar"new energy+ecological governance"projects in the sandy-Gobi-desert areas in the future.关键词
