Review and Standardization of the Categories Integration of Sports Training Science from the Perspective of Disciplines

Abstract
"Integration"has become a consensus in contemporary sports training science.However,the expansion of disciplinary scope triggered by integra-tion may hinder the discipline's independent development.Therefore,how to understand and address the relationship between the influx of multidisciplinary approaches and the discipline of sports training science itself,as well as how to achieve standardized development,are issues that contemporary sports train-ing science must confront and response.As an academic discipline,the fundamental essence of category integration in sports training science involves two as-pects:First,the category composition must possess comprehensiveness and systematicity;second,it must simultaneously uphold the legitimate status of sports training science as a discipline while fostering interdisciplinary recognition.Compared to traditional research scope,the logical essence of current dis-ciplinary integration in sports training manifests an expansion from the singular"training-oriented"element to dual"training-oriented and conditioning-ori-ented"elements,and an extension from the single"stimulus"axis to the dual"stimulus and recovery"axes.This gives rise to two major dilemmas:the general-ization of research themes(a crisis of disciplinary identity dissolution)and the blurring of research boundaries(a predicament of disciplinary ontological sur-vival).To address these,rational norms are established across both horizontal and vertical dimensions.Horizontally:the"training"element is prioritized as primary,with the"conditioning"element secondary;simultaneously,"stimulus"occupies a primary,dominant position,while"recovery"holds a secondary,subordinate position,though their relationship may shift under specific circumstances.Vertically:distinguishing sports training science from foundational dis-ciplines through three dimensions,"cognitive level-concreteness","functional orientation-applicability",and"evaluation criteria-enhancement effective-ness",while enabling effective linkage between them through knowledge transformation at the"sports coupling layer".关键词
