教育强国建设背景下县域学校体育协同治理的实然困境与应然进路
Dilemmas and Pathways:A Study on Collaborative Governance of County-Level School Physical Education in the Context of Building an Education Power

Abstract
Using the methods of literature and content analysis,this paper conducted an in-depth analysis of sports governance in county schools.It is con-cluded that the agglomeration of educational resources,and the compression of cognitive and physical space lead to the centralization of physical education governance resources in county schools.The"external pressure"factor of county school physical education makes it difficult for school physical education gov-ernance to produce high-quality policy group effect,which always occurs and is subject to the specific implementation background,"circle culture"and the corresponding relationship rules;In the process of sports governance in county schools,there is not only the value conflict between the internal"informal rela-tionship"and the external"formal relationship",but also the game behavior of uneven distribution of benefits in the bad"interpersonal circle",which is the key point of the complexity and weakening of interpersonal interaction in sports governance of county schools.On this basis,the paper puts forward the follow-ing suggestions:optimize the technical governance from the micro level,and lay the material foundation of sports governance in county schools with fine and grid;Construct structural governance from the middle level,and coordinate the internal and external balance of sports governance in county schools by institu-tionalization,supervision and quantification;Form environmental governance at the macro level,and support humanistic participation in sports governance of county schools with innovation and sustainability.关键词
