摘要
Abstract
The integrated development of education,science and technology,and talent has set new requirements for the cultivation of top-tier innovative talent in the new era.From this perspective,this paper first elucidates the mission of universities and the advancement of top-tier innovative talent cultivation.It then returns to the fundamental principles of education evaluation to analyze the essence and requirements of evaluating top-tier innovative talent development.Furthermore,the paper proposes a reform path with the aim of providing guidance for the construction of a more scientific and effective evaluation system.关键词
