Abstract
Building a leading country in education and realizing the modernization of education constitute the educational mission under the integrated framework of education,science and technology,and talent.To realize educational modernization,the reform of educational evaluation must be advanced within a modernized conceptual framework.Confronted with the transformational challenges posed by the universalization and high-quality development of higher education,and drawing upon the transitional practices of educational evaluation in educationally advanced countries and regions,this paper puts forward proposals from three dimensions:value orientation,system reconstruction,and institutional optimization.It proposes cultivating a concept of talent evaluation that champions diversified development,establishing a multi-dimensional adaptive system centered on strength identification and process evaluation,and implementing the synergistic reform of the talent evaluation system,the examination and enrollment mechanism,and the equity guarantee mechanism,so as to explore practical paths for the modernization and transformation of educational evaluation.关键词
