How to Enhance the Quality of Basic Education Services from"Tangible"to"Effective":An fsQCA Study
摘要
Abstract
Based on the SERVQUAL model,relevant variables in the dimensions of tangibility,assurance,and reliability of basic education services were selected.Data were collected through questionnaires among primary and secondary school students,and an empirical research was conducted using SPSS data analysis and QCA methods to explore the influencing factors and the configuration paths of improving the quality of basic education services.The results show that students have low satisfaction with the assurance dimension,high importance is placed on tangibility.Three pathways for high-quality basic education services were identified and discussed,aiming to provide recommendations for enhancing the quality and efficiency of basic education.关键词
