幼儿劳动素养评价指标的构建与实证检验
Construction and Empirical Testing of an Evaluation Index System for Young Children's Labor Competency

Abstract
Evaluating young children's labor competency is essential for accurately identifying their level of labor development and improving the implementation of labor education in kindergartens.However,evaluation standards and tools suitable for the preschool stage remain insufficient.To address this issue,the study constructed an evaluation index system consisting of four first-level indexes,i.e.,labor cognition,labor affection and attitude,labor volition and character,and labor behavioral habits,and nine second-level indexes.The results show that young children's overall labor competency is at a qualified level.In addition,young children's labor competency increases with age,girls score higher than boys on some dimensions and on the overall score,and children in township kindergartens perform better overall than those in urban kindergartens.Based on these findings,the study proposes improvement paths that focus on weak dimensions,age progression,and group differences,thereby providing evidence-based support for the high-quality labor education in kindergartens.关键词
