Abstract
Objective To explore the practical path of high-quality development of the emergency medicine department in large general hospitals under the leadership of the Communist Party of China(CPC),and to address issues such as inefficient care pathways for acute and critical conditions and suboptimal patient service experiences.Methods Taking the'one hospital,two campuses'of the Emergency Medicine Department of Zibo Central Hospital as the research object,this study summarized the core practices driven by CPC leadership:constructing an integrated pre-hospital,in-hospital and monitoring emergency system led by Party member pioneer posts,implementing a responsibility zone system managed by Party members,and putting into effect mechanisms such as accompaniment-free management in the emergency room and free treatment for unaccompanied and unidenti-fied patients without financial means.Results In 2025,the department completed 161 300 emergency visits,9 729 pre-hospital emergency trips,and successfully treated 9 487 patients with acute and critical illnesses.The treatment success rate ranked among the top in the province,and the department successfully passed the certification as a National Advanced Stroke Center and Chest Pain Center.Conclusion CPC leadership can activate the development momentum of the emergency discipline,optimize the treat-ment chain,and build a full-process and high-efficiency life defense line for regional patients with acute and critical diseases.关键词
