透析液乳铁蛋白与腹膜透析相关腹膜炎致病菌及营养指标的相关性
Correlation of Dialysate Lactoferrin with Peritoneal Dialysis-Related Peritonitis Pathogens and Nutritional Indicators

Abstract
Objective To explore the correlation between the level of lactoferrin(Lf)in peritoneal dialysis fluid and the pathogenic bacteria and nutritional indicators of patients with peritoneal dialysis-associated peritonitis(PDAP).Methods Clinical data(including pathogen culture results)and relevant laboratory data of 358 patients with PDAP in our department were collected.The levels of Lf in perito-neal dialysate among different types of pathogen infections were compared,and the correlations between peritoneal dialysate Lf levels and the causative pathogens as well as nutritional indicators in PDAP patients were analyzed.Results The pathogenic culture results of peritoneal ef-fluent indicated that Gram-positive bacteria were the main pathogenic bacteria.Compared with the Gram-negative bacteria group,the level of Lf in peritoneal effluent was significantly higher in the Gram-positive bacteria group(P<0.05).In addition,the level of Lf in peritoneal ef-fluent was related to the nutritional indicators of PDAP patients.Conclusion An increase in the level of Lf in peritoneal dialysis fluid sug-gests a high possibility of Gram-positive bacterial infection.The Lf in peritoneal dialysis fluid is correlated with the nutritional indicators(se-rum albumin,uric acid,creatinine,and blood phosphorus)of PDAP patients.关键词
