摘要
Abstract
This article systematically introduces the key clinical assessment points for five common types of pain:musculoskeletal pain, neuropathic pain,post-operative pain, cancer pain, and somatic symptom disorder. It briefly describes the mechanisms of action and complementary relationships among three core treatment modalities:pain interventional therapies, physical therapy, and rehabilitation thera-py.The article focuses on analyzing the evidence-based rationale for determining the timing of interventional therapies based on pain charac-teristics,stage,patient goals, and previous treatment outcomes, and reviews the stepwise safety principle from conservative management to minimally invasive interventions.Analysis indicates that a multimodal, temporally integrated strategy can target the entire pathophysiological process of pain.Ultimately,it proposes that establishing a safety-founded,goal-oriented,and dynamically assessed and adjusted individualized integrated treatment pathway is crucial for optimizing pain management outcomes, providing a systematic decision-making framework and the-oretical reference for clinical practice.关键词
