小型猪腹腔镜手术全身麻醉方案的效果评估
Evaluation of the efficacy of a general anesthesia protocol for laparoscopic surgery in miniature pigs

Abstract
This study was to explore the application and management of a general anesthesia protocol for laparoscopic surgery in miniature pigs,which consists of basic anesthesia with Tiletamine-Zolazepam(Zoletil)combined with Xylazine(Rompun),tracheal intubation in-duced by intravenous propofol,and anesthesia maintenance with inhaled sevoflurane.The aim was to clarify the efficacy,safety,and reliabil-ity of this protocol as an anesthetic method for such surgeries.A total of 48 experimental miniature pigs weighing 35-40 kg were selected and randomly divided into 3 groups.All miniature pigs underwent tracheal intubation under basic anesthesia with Tiletamine-Zolazepam combined with Xylazine,followed by induction with intravenous propofol.Anesthesia was maintained by inhaling sevoflurane;and laparoscopic appen-dectomy,laparoscopic cholecystectomy and laparoscopic partial hepatectomy were performed,respectively.The conditions and effects of tra-cheal intubation,intraoperative anesthetic effects(sedation,analgesia,muscle relaxation,and biological reflex activity)were monitored and evaluated.Meanwhile,the anesthetic induction time,recovery time,operation duration,and various physiological indicators were recorded.The results were as follows:The average operation duration was(141.50±6.26)min;the induction time of Tiletamine-Zolazepam combined with Xylazine and propofol was(6.38±1.91)min and the recovery time was(24.60±2.74)min.And the proportion of satisfactory tracheal intubation conditions was 79.17%.The intraoperative anesthesia was stable,with significant analgesic,sedative,and muscle relaxant effects.The eyelid reflex,corneal reflex,and anal reflex of the miniature pigs were dull or basically disappeared,and all experimental pigs in each group successfully completed the surgery.In summary,the combined anesthesia protocol,which used Tiletamine-Zolazepam plus Xylazine for basic anesthesia,propofol for induction,and sevoflurane for inhalation maintenance,features rapid induction and stable recovery,was safe,effective,and easy to operate in laparoscopic surgery of miniature pigs.This protocol provided a new safe,effective and stable com-bined anesthesia strategy for conducting laparoscopic surgery on miniature pigs.关键词
