后生元维护动物肠道屏障的研究进展
Progress in research on the maintenance of animal intestinal barrier by postbiotics
摘要
Abstract
Postbiotics,as emerging microecological preparations,have advantages over traditional probiotics,including well-defined com-position,high stability,and insusceptibility to gastrointestinal conditions such as gastric acid and bile salts,thereby enabling them to retain high activity during feed processing and storage,and improve intestinal microecological balance through multiple pathways,including regula-ting intestinal immunity,enhancing barrier function,and inhibiting pathogenic bacteria.This paper systematically reviews the classification of postbiotics and the regulatory effects of their representative components on intestinal health,with a particular focus on the mechanisms by which postbiotics maintain the integrity and functionality of the intestinal physical barrier,chemical barrier,microbial barrier,and immune barrier,so as to provide a reference for research on and application of postbiotic preparations in livestock farming.关键词
