Abstract
Objective To comprehensively achieve intelligent management of health examination,construct a health ex-amination management platform deeply integrated with artificial intelligence(AI)technology,in order to improve service efficien-cy,optimize user experience,and establish continuous and dynamic in-hospital health management records.Methods Relying on the hospital integration platform,multi-source heterogeneous data fusion was achieved with the Hospital Information System(HIS),the Picture Archiving and Communication System(PACS),and the Laboratory Information System(LIS).Driven by AI,a full-process AI application system was established,covering pre-examination package recommendations,intra-examination intelligent navigation and full-process quality control,and post-examination intelligent summary and report interpretation.Results A total of 436 examinees before and after the platform's implementation were selected.Using SPSS 25.0 statistical software,the total time from the start of the examination to the completion of the final report was analyzed.The time for individual/employ-ment examinations decreased from(3.609±1.334)days to(1.078±0.285)days.For enterprise group examinations,the ex-amination time across different ages and gender groups was also significantly shortened(P＜0.001).After the platform's imple-mentation,the rate of missed examinations decreased from 8.26％to 1.38％,and the rate of duplicate examinations decreased from 5.05％to 0.69％.Satisfaction surveys conducted among 29 staff members of the health examination center showed a signifi-cant improvement in staff satisfaction after the platform's implementation.Conclusion The health examination management platform deeply integrated with AI technology achieves an intelligent restructuring of the service model,significantly improving ex-amination efficiency,accuracy,and personalization,and provides a replicable technical paradigm for high-quality health manage-ment services.关键词
