基于数据挖掘分析中药复方治疗脓毒症相关性脑病用药规律
Analysis of Medication Rules of Chinese Medicine Compounds for Sepsis-Associated Encephalopathy Based on Data Mining

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the medication rules of Chinese medicine compounds in the treatment of sepsis-associated encephalopathy(SAE)based on data mining.Methods:Literature on TCM in the treatment of SAE published from each database's inception to November 2025 was retrieved from China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform(Wanfang),Chaoxing,China Biomedical Literature Database(SinoMed),Web of Science,and PubMed.Using Microsoft Excel 2021,SPSS Modeler 18.0,and SPSS Statistics 27,the finally included prescriptions were analyzed for frequency of herb use,properties,flavors,and meridian tropisms,as well as association rule analysis and cluster analysis.Results:A total of 29 prescriptions were included,comprising 11 classical formulas and 18 self-formulated prescriptions,involving 73 Chinese herbs.The top 10 herbs in terms of frequency of herb use were Moschus,Borneolum Syntheticum,Curcumae Radix,Gardeniae Fructus,Bubali Cornu,Rhei Radix et Rhizoma,Coptidis Rhizoma,Scutellariae Radix,Bovis Calculus Artifactus,and Cinnabaris.In terms of medicinal properties,cold herbs were most common,followed by warm and neutral;in terms of flavors,bitter and pungent were predominant.By therapeutic effects,the top five were heat-clearing herbs,resuscitation-inducing herbs,blood-activating and stasis-resolving herbs,liver-calming and wind-suppressing herbs,and deficiency-tonifying herbs.Association rule analysis yielded 31 herbal combinations,with strong associations among Moschus,Borneolum Syntheticum,Curcumae Radix,Gardeniae Fructus,and others.Factor analysis reduced 25 high-frequency herbs to seven uncorrelated common factors.Cluster analysis identified two main categories of herbal combinations.Conclusion:Moschus and Borneolum Syntheticum are the most frequently used herbs in Chinese medicine compounds treatment of SAE.The therapy primarily focuses on clearing heat,removing toxicity,and inducing resuscitation,with deficiency-tonifying applied throughout the course,while also emphasizing blood activation and stasis resolution,and simultaneous treatment of the heart,liver,lung,and spleen.关键词
