Symbiosis and Cocreation:Theoretical Construction and Practical Paths of Teacher Education Community
摘要
Abstract
The teacher education community takes goal coordination,resource interconnection and mutual promotion of development as its core connotation.By constructing an open teacher education ecology with integrated and symbiotic culture,it promotes the process of teacher education integration,and ultimately forms an organizational system for cultivating high-quality and professional teachers.Based on theoretical research,this paper analyzes the main characteristics of the teacher education community:organization,spirituality,practicality and cooperativity,and puts forward the key practical paths for constructing the teacher education community:cultivating community consciousness guided by value identity,focusing on practical content oriented by pragmatism,establishing a dialogical operation paradigm of the community,and building a supporting system with coordinated linkage of guarantee and evaluation.关键词
