Abstract
In response to the problems existing in the polyester dyeing process,such as insufficient dye-ing performance,poor dispersion of impurities like oligomers and PA slurry leading to uneven dyeing of the fabric surface,and contamination of the tank body and fabric,this study developed a special high-molecular-chain structured multifunctional dispersant TF-205A,and tested its uniform dyeing performance,cleaning per-formance and non-reduction cleaning performance after dyeing of polyester fabrics.The results show that TF-205A can significantly improve the dye's migration performance,high-temperature dispersion performance,tarding performance,and has low color fading property.It has excellent dispersion effects on PA slurry and PTA,it can effectively control the particle size of microscopic oligomers precipitated inside the fibers and has outstanding anti-sticking performance against macroscopic oligomers on the cylinder wall.It can reduce the floating color caused by insufficient dye application during the dyeing process.After dyeing,non-reduction cleaning is required to increase the color fastness to soap washing by one grade and the color fastness to wa-ter soaking by two grades.his additive has the dual functions of leveling and cleaning,providing an efficient solution to the systematic problems in polyester dyeing.关键词
