中国式现代化进程中当代中医药政策话语体系的构建与发展
The Construction and Development of Contemporary Traditional Chinese Medicine Policy Discourse System in the Process of Chinese-Style Modernization

Abstract
From the perspective of Chinese-style modernization,this paper systematically examines the generative logic,historical evolution and contemporary value of the contemporary Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)policy discourse system under the leadership of the Communist Party of China(CPC).The study reveals that in different historical stages of socialist construction,the CPC has promoted the formation and development of policy discourse system around three dimensions:the role positioning of TCM,the handling of the relationship between TCM and Western medicine,and the development orientation of TCM.In terms of role positioning,the cognition has been continuously elevated from TCM as"a heritage",to a"treasure trove",and further to a"treasure".Regarding the principles for handling the relationship between TCM and Western medicine,there has been a governance evolution from"uniting TCM and Western medicine"and"integrating TCM and Western medicine"to"equal emphasis on TCM and Western medicine"and"collaboration between TCM and Western medicine".On the development orientation of TCM,the guiding philosophy has deepened progressively from"critical inheritance"and"research and collation"to"inheriting the essence and upholding integrity while pursuing innovation".This discourse system is a theoretical achievement of the CPC based on national conditions,responding to the demands of the times,adhering to the people-centered stance,and complying with the developmental laws of TCM.Its construction logic and evolutionary course align with the connotation and progression of Chinese-style modernization.As an important component of the socialist discourse system with Chinese characteristics and a vivid embodiment of Chinese-style modernization in the medical and health sector,it provides theoretical support for the modern transformation of traditional medical civilization as well as the inheritance,innovation and development of the socialist health undertaking with Chinese characteristics.关键词
