Abstract
A method for determining the molecular weight of polyether amine D2000 has been estab-lished.Add the sample to the derivatization reaction of 4-toluenesulfonic isocyanate,and analyze the product after the reaction using a differential detector.The effects of reaction temperature,reaction time,and the amount of 4-toluenesulfonyl isocyanate on the derivatives were systematically investigated.The results showed that when the sample weight was 0.02 g,the optimal conditions for the derivatization reaction were as follows:the mass ratio of 4-toluenesulfonyl isocyanate and sample 5∶1,reaction temperature 20℃,reac-tion time was 20 min.Under the above conditions,the derivative oil was added to GPC,and a series of poly-ethers with different molecular weights were used as standard samples.The corresponding molecular weight standard curve was drawn using GPC software,and the standard curve R2 was≥0.99.The molecular weight of the derivatized product was calculated by integrating the standard curve.The polyether amine D2000 deriva-tive was determined by infrared spectroscopy and total amine value determination.By conducting structural characterization,the molecular weight of 4-toluenesulfonyl isocyanate is known,and thus the molecular weight of polyether amine D2000 can be obtained.关键词
