肺栓塞的低分子肝素抗凝治疗的文献计量可视化分析
Bibliometric visualization analysis of low-molecular-weight heparin anticoagulant therapy for pulmonary embolism
摘要
Abstract
Objective To understand the application effect of low-molecular-weight heparin(LMWH)in anticoagulant therapy for pulmonary embolism and provide insights into future research directions in this field.Methods Relevant publications in the field of LMWH anticoagulant therapy for pulmonary embolism from January 1,1986 to July 11,2023 were extracted from the PubMed database.VOSviewer software and CiteSpace software were used to visualize and predict the research trends on the subject.Results A total of 1 644 articles were included,and the publication volume of research on LMWH anticoagulant therapy for pulmonary embolism showed a general upward trend,reaching its peak in 2020.The United States was the main research country,and keyword analysis revealed that pulmonary embolism,venous thromboembolism(VTE),and other diseases were the main research hotspots.The coronavirus disease 2019 was the latest focus.Conclusion LMWH plays a significant role in preventing VTE,and relevant research is relatively mature.In the future,we should deepen its value in anticoagulant therapy to meet the challenge of the rising incidence rate of pulmonary embolism,and pay attention to the individual assessment of prevention risks and benefits.关键词
