基于CiteSpace探讨近10年药物递送系统在肺癌中的研究热点可视化分析
CiteSpace-based visualization and analysis of research hotspots of drug delivery systems in lung cancer in the last decade
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the research hotspots and frontiers of drug delivery systems in lung cancer in the past 10 years,and to predict the future direction of this field.Methods CiteSpace software was used to search articles on research hotspots and frontiers of drug delivery systems in lung cancer in the Web of Science Core Collection database from January 2014 to June 2024 to visualize and analyze the number of annual publications,countries,authors,institutions,journals,keywords and so on.Results A total of 491 documents were retrieved,the overall number of documents showed an upward trend,China was a large research country in this field,with the largest number of publications,Shanghai Jiaotong University was the institution with the largest number of publications,DUA K was the author with the largest number of publications,and most of the documents in this field were published in International Journal of Nanomedicine.The keyword analysis showed that"multidrug resistance","tumour microenvironment"and"nanoparticles"were the latest bursts and hot keywords in this field.Conclusion China attaches great importance to the study of drug delivery systems in lung cancer,and more in-depth research on multidrug resistance,tumor microenvironment,and nanoparticles is needed in the future to provide a better and more cutting-edge direction for the precise treatment of lung cancer.关键词
