Effect of Reduced-Pressure Boiling Cleaning Machine Combined with Lumen Brushing on Lumen Cleaning Quality of Metal Suction Tubes from Laparo-scopic Liver Cancer Resection

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of reduced-pressure boiling cleaning machine combined with lumen brushing on the lumen cleaning quality of metal suction tubes used in laparoscopic liver cancer resection.Methods A total of 120 metal suction tubes after laparoscopic liver cancer resection,centrally processed in the Central Sterile Supply Department(CSSD)of our hospital from March 2024 to February 2026 were enrolled.The 60 tubes processed from March 2024 to February 2025 were assigned to the control group,and the 60 tubes processed from March 2025 to February 2026 were assigned to the study group.The control group was treated with lumen brushing combined with automatic spray washer-disinfector,while the study group was treated with lumen brushing combined with reduced-pressure boiling cleaning machine.Indicators related to cleaning quality were compared between the two groups.Results The study group had a higher visual cleanliness score and fewer residual particles on the inner lumen wall observed under a magnifying glass than the control group(P<0.05).The residual protein content in the lumen,ATP bioluminescence value,positive rate of occult blood and bacterial colony count in the study group were all lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total cleaning duration in the study group was shorter than that in the control group,and the cumulative purified water consumption per instrument during the entire cleaning process was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The combination of reduced-pressure boiling cleaning machine and lumen brushing can significantly improve the lumen cleaning quality of metal suction tubes from laparoscopic liver cancer resection,while shortening cleaning time and reducing water consumption.关键词
