Mechanism and therapeutic potential of macrophage mitochondrial dys-function in acute and chronic kidney diseases
摘要
Abstract
Macrophage mitochondrial dysfunction is an important factor driving the initiation and progression of kidney diseases.Under pathological conditions such as renal ischemia,sepsis,and fibrosis,multiple factors can in-duce metabolic disturbances,excessive inflammatory mediator release,and impaired mitochondrial quality control in mac-rophages,thereby aggravating renal tissue injury.This review summarizes the mechanisms by which macrophage mito-chondrial dysfunction contributes to the progression of three common kidney diseases,including acute kidney injury,chronic kidney disease,and diabetic kidney disease.In addition,it discusses the therapeutic potential of mitochondria-targeted interventions in optimizing the treatment of kidney diseases and alleviating renal injury.关键词
