摘要
Abstract
In order to thoroughly implement the decisions and deployments of the Ministry of Transport and China MSA,and based on the practical realities of navigation service,this paper studies and develops a core evaluation indicator system for high-quality development and high-level service of navigation service.The system is designed to give full play to its role as a"measuring ruler"and a"bellwether",so as to enhance the level of scientific decision-making and the effectiveness of duty performance,and to provide systematic assessment guidance for accelerating the construction of a modern navigation service system.关键词
