空间正义视角下国家矿山公园建设公平性困境与优化路径
Dilemmas of Equity and Optimization Paths for National Mine Park Construction from the Perspective of Spatial Justice

Abstract
Based on spatial justice theory,this paper selects national mine parks built in 11 resource-exhausted cities as research objects.Adopting the entropy weight-TOPSIS model,an evaluation index system is constructed from three dimensions which include ecological justice,distributive justice and participatory justice,to quantitatively analyze the level of spatial justice in the construction of national mine parks.The study reveals that the spatial distribution of restoration costs and ecological benefits of national mine parks is spatially mismatched;land rights allocation and employment opportunities are imbalanced;decision-making power among multiple stakeholders is uneven,and the level of spatial justice varies distinctly across regions.Based on these findings,this paper proposes optimization proposals including establishing a hierarchical ecological compensation mechanism,implementing the land shareholding model,and building a multi-subject collaborative decision-making platform.关键词
