江西大余县某大型萤石矿选矿试验研究
Mineral Processing Test Study of a Large Fluorite Deposit in Dayu County,Jiangxi Province
摘要
Abstract
The raw ore from a large fluorite deposit in Dayu County,Jiangxi Province contains 43.87%CaF2.The useful mineral is fluorite,while the main gangue mineral is quartz;the secondary minerals include feldspar,kaolin,and sericite,with small amounts of limonite,zircon,titanite,and others.Mineral processing tests were conducted on this ore using flotation.Sodium carbonate,water glass,and oleic acid were employed as flotation reagents.Grinding was carried out using a cone ball mill,and flotation was performed with a single-cell flotation machine.The test flowsheet adopted was"one-stage grinding+one-stage roughing,one-stage scavenging,and four-stage cleaning".The test results show that,by comparing open-circuit and closed-circuit tests,the closed-circuit flowsheet can significantly improve the recovery of CaF2 in the fluorite concentrate under the grinding fineness of 75%passing-200 mesh.A fluorite concentrate with a yield of 45.01%,a CaF2 recovery rate of 98.67%,and a CaF2 grade of 96.04%was obtained from the raw ore,meeting the quality requirements of Grade FC-95 in the Fluorite Concentrate Quality Standard(YB/T 5217-2019).This provides important guidance for mineral processing test studies of similar deposits.关键词
