Diffusion mechanism of negative pressure induced grouting in inclined fractures under flowing water conditions
摘要
Abstract
To address the issue of grouting repair of concrete anti-seepage wall fractures under flowing water condi-tions,it is necessary to investigate the diffusion mechanism of negative pressure suction grouting of inclined fractures. This study utilizes a self-developed visualized test apparatus for inclined-fracture grouting suction under flowing water. It focuses on analyzing the effects of fracture inclination angle, water flow rate and grouting pressure on grout diffusion,as well as suction's enhancement effect.By establishing a diffusion model for grouting with suction in frac-tures under flowing water, calculation formulas for counter-flow diffusion distance, lateral diffusion distance and dif-fusion area were derived. The results show that the grout diffusion area with suction is increased by up to 48%for a fracture inclination angle of 0°compared to that without suction.Grout diffusion presents a U-shape under combined action of flowing water and suction. An increase in the inclination angle reduces the diffusion area, while an increase in grouting pressure expands it notably.Negative pressure suction effectively alleviates flowing water's adverse impacts on grouting. The maximum relative error between the theoretically calculated diffusion area from the model and the actual area does not exceed 12.1%,with an average relative error of 4.2%.This model can describe the grout diffusion patterns providing technical support for the grouting repair of anti-seepage wall fracture under flowing water conditions with suction.关键词
