Theoretical Framework and operation Mechanism for Promoting Common Prosperity Through the Realization of Rural Ecological Product Value

Abstract
A sound ecological environment constitutes the most prominent advantage of rural regions across the country,and the value realization of ecological products has emerged as a vital approach to advancing farmers'common prosperity.The promotion of common prosperity through the realization of rural ecological product value essentially deeply integrates its inherent core attributes of publicity,systematicness,scarcity,and right-based nature into the social reproduction process of"production-exchange-consumption-distribution".This article takes Village D in Fujian Province as a research case,to reveal the governance passivity,resource fragmentation,value invisibility,and subject marginalization dilemmas encountered by the above theoretical attributes in reality.Village D has transformed the theoretical attributes into the practice of enriching the people through the creation of an incentive-compatible mechanism,the construction of an entire village operation platform,in-depth exploration of the segmented market,and the establishment of a rights-based distribution mechanism.The research shows that the key to ecological common prosperity lies in cultivating a new type of rural collective economy.Through the coordinated operation of the"organizational restructuring-market construction-distribution guarantee"three mechanisms,the publicness and systematicness are transformed into the governance foundation of collective actions,the scarcity is transformed into the operational hub of expanded reproduction,and the rights-based nature is transformed into the endogenous guarantee for farmers'shared benefits,thereby forming a sustainable operational mechanism for ecologically driven common prosperity.关键词
