Research on Effectiveness Evaluation and Improvement of Provincial Territorial Spatial Ecological Restoration

Abstract
Carrying out effectiveness evaluation of provincial territorial spatial ecological restoration provides a basis for dynamic adjustment and efficiency improvement of ecological restoration during the"15th Five-Year Plan"period,holding important theoretical and practical significance for advancing ecological civilization construction,and realizing sustainable development.On the basis of reviewing relevant research progress,standards and guidelines for territorial spatial ecological restoration,this paper adheres to the core principles and strategic goals of territorial spatial ecological restoration,and establishes an provincial effectiveness evaluation framework adopting the research paradigm of"pattern-process-services-sustainability"of landscape ecology.Taking Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region as a case study,the paper conducts an in-depth analysis of common problems and difficulties in provincial territorial spatial ecological restoration.During the"15th Five-Year Plan"period,efforts should be focused on provincial-level institutional innovation,such as establishing multi-level collaborative governance mechanisms,improving the full life-cycle supervision system,innovating diversified investment mechanisms,and institutionalizing public participation channels,so as to further enhance the governance effectiveness of territorial spatial ecology.关键词
