碳中和目标下京津冀土地利用碳收支核算与空间优化研究
Research on Carbon Budget Accounting and Spatial Optimization of Land Use in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region Towards the Carbon Neutrality Goal

Abstract
Based on six periods of remote sensing image data of land use from 1995 to 2020,this paper calculates and analyzes the carbon budget of land use in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.The research conclusions are as follows:(1)over the past 25 years,the carbon emissions from land use in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region have shown a significant"inverted U-shaped"feature,with construction land as the dominant carbon source;its spatial distribution shows a"core-periphery"gradient emission pattern,with the highest carbon emission intensity in the core area of Beijing-Tianjin-Tangshan,followed by the central and southern part of Hebei Province,and the northern Hebei Province ecological zone maintaining a low-carbon level;(2)although the total carbon sequestration shows a slow growth trend,the regional carbon deficit has continued to intensify,reflecting the ecological imbalance problem in the rapid urbanization process;(3)combined with the regional main function-oriented zoning and the carbon neutrality strategic goal,the territorial space of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is optimized and restructured into six types,namely,Low-Carbon Maintenance-Major Agricultural Product Product Areas,Carbon Intensity Control-Optimized Development Zones,Carbon Sink Function-Key Ecological Function Zones,Carbon Sink Function-Key Development Zones,High-Carbon Optimization-Optimized Development Zones,and High-Carbon Optimization-Key Development Zones.Based on the above conclusions and the problems existing in different regions,this paper proposes differentiated countermeasures and suggestions for low-carbon transformation and optimal resource allocation.关键词
