摘要
Abstract
To address the difficulty in treating ammonia nitrogen containing wastewater from rhenium chemical processes, the effects of pH value, hydrogen peroxide(H2O2)dosage,and irradiation dose on ammonia nitrogen degradation efficiency were systematically in-vestigated using electron beam irradiation technology. The results showed that under the optimal conditions of pH=12,H2 O2 dosage of 3 mL/L,and irradiation dose of 250 kGy,the ammonia nitrogen concentration in the wastewater was reduced from an initial value of 478.8 mg/L to 7.79 mg/L,achieving a removal rate of 98.4%,while the total nitrogen decreased to 13.56 mg/L,meeting the re-quirements of the Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard for the Yellow River Basin in Shaanxi Province(DB 61/224-2018).Mecha-nistic analysis revealed that under alkaline conditions, ammonia nitrogen exists mainly in the form of free ammonia(NH3),whose lone pair electrons are readily attacked by superoxide radicals(·O2-)generated from the decomposition of hydrogen peroxide, ultimately being oxidized to harmless substances such as N2.A significant synergistic effect was observed among the parameters, with pH value being the most critical factor affecting treatment performance(range R=45.7).关键词
