摘要
Abstract
This paper proposes a three-dimensional dynamic mining model to address industry pain points in the field of electric drive systems for new energy commercial vehicles, such as the lag of standards behind technological iterations and the passive application of standards projects. This model systematically identifies standard gaps through multidimensional deconstruction of product structures, development processes, and quality issues, combined with the APQP development process, the fault tree analysis(FTA),and other product development tools.Practice has shown that this method can effectively improve the coverage rate of standards and dynamically generate standard maps and missing lists. The standard map visually presents the matching relationship between existing standards and requirements, while the missing list accurately marks the items to be developed or revised. This model not only provides standardization tools for the new energy commercial vehicle industry, but also can be extended to other strategic emerging industries, providing methodological support for the coordinated development of technology research and standards development.关键词
