Abstract
Mo-Cu alloys exhibit excellent thermal conductivity,electrical conductivity and high-temperature resistance,and are widely used in fields such as electronics,electrical engineering and aerospace.Starting from the properties and important application fields of Mo-Cu alloys,this paper focuses on their applications in key high-tech fields and the new requirements for the performance of high-performance Mo-Cu alloys put forward by the development of cutting-edge technologies.The research status of Mo-Cu alloys is re-viewed from the aspects of composite powder preparation and alloy sintering technology,and the research and development trends of Mo-Cu allov materials are prospected.关键词
