内外源动力驱动农村闲置宅基地盘活利用的路径研究
THE REDEVELOPMENT PATH OF IDLE RURAL HOMESTEADS DRIVEN BY INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL FORCES

Abstract
This study aims to explore the mechanisms and pathways through which internal and external forces drive the redevelopment of idle rural homesteads,so as to offer empirical insights for enhancing the efficiency of homestead redevelopment.Using 24 typical cases from the rural homestead reform pilot areas in Hebei province,this study constructed a theoretical framework based on the new endogenous development theory and employs fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis(fsQCA)and necessary condition analysis(NCA)to explore the configurational pathways and complex mechanisms driving the redevelopment of rural homesteads.The results indicated that:(1)Rule-making was a necessary condition for the effective redevelopment of homesteads,but it required the synergistic effect of multiple driving factors;(2)There were four main configuration pathways that effectively drove the redevelopment of homesteads from internal and external forces:the local government's promotion of livelihood improvements,dividend policy-driven optimization of resource allocation,village-enterprise cooperation to unlock the potential of local resources,and the internal reshaping and upgrading of villages;(3)Management support was crucial for the integration and utilization of internal and external resources,while identity reconstruction played a key role in reshaping the endogenous dynamics of villages.Therefore,to efficiently redevelop homesteads and promote rural revitalization,it is essential to strengthen policy integration,fully leverage market-driven resource allocation,and enhance the collective governance capacity of villages and communities.关键词
