我国土地托管的研究现状、热点与趋势分析
RESEARCH STATUS,HOTSPOTS,AND TREND ANALYSIS OF LAND TRUSTEESHIP IN CHINA

Abstract
Land trusteeship,as a new form of agricultural operation,serves as a crucial pathway to address issues in agricultural development such as"who will farm the land,""how to farm the land,"and"how to farm the land well."This study aims to analyze research achievements on land trusteeship in China over the past two decades,thereby providing references and guidance for subsequent research in land trusteeship and related fields.Based on literature in the field of land trusteeship published between 2007 and 2024 and indexed in the CNKI database,this study comprehensively employed CiteSpace and VOSviewer visualization analysis software to examine the research status,hotspots,and trends in land trusteeship.The results indicated that:(1)Regarding annual publication volume,the total number of research publications in the field of land trusteeship showed significant growth,with the number published in core journals also demonstrating a steady upward trend.(2)In terms of research authors,collaborative relationships among core authors were relatively sparse.Collaborations between research teams were often project-driven,and their research outputs exhibited distinct regional characteristics.(3)Concerning research hotspots,existing studies,guided by policy orientation and practical needs,formed research themes including conceptual definitions,implementation effects,and development dilemmas.The research primarily focused on three main directions:comparative analysis of trusteeship and transfer models,organizational forms of agricultural service entities,and influencing factors of trusteeship behavior decisions.(4)From the perspective of developmental trajectory,the field of land trusteeship progressed through three stages:theoretical exploration(2007-2014),practical deepening(2014-2019),and innovative development(2019-present).Accordingly,future research on land trusteeship should focus on long-term mechanisms and regional adaptability,strengthen the analysis of influencing factors and optimization pathways,and enhance interdisciplinary collaboration to provide scientific support for policy optimization and practical promotion.关键词
