多元化食物供给体系资源配置效率研究
RESEARCH ON RESOURCE ALLOCATION EFFICIENCY OF DIVERSIFIED FOOD SUPPLY SYSTEM

Abstract
By analyzing the resource allocation efficiency of the diversified food supply system and its dynamic evolution path in the country under the background of the big food concept,this research aims to provide a theoretical basis for optimizing the food supply structure,enhancing the resource utilization efficiency and realizing ecological security.Based on data from China's 31 provincial-level administrative regions in 2016,2017,2018,2019,2021 and 2022 grouped into three stages,the non-expected output super-efficiency SBM model was applied to measure the resource allocation efficiency of the diversified food supply system,and the fsQCA method was employed to analyze its grouping paths and the analysis of the evolution between time nodes.The results were indicated as follows.(1)The average value of the resource allocation efficiency of China's diversified food supply system in each province increased from 0.978 9 in 2016 to 1.045 6 in 2022,with an overall upward trend.(2)The role of agricultural subsidy intensity was gradually weakening,gradually shifting from direct intervention to implicit support with changes in the external environment,the importance of water abundance was increasing year by year,and the diversified food production structure had always been a key factor in improving resource allocation efficiency.(3)The grouping path showed that the first stage(2016,2017)was dominated by the two-wheel drive of policy and industry,the second stage(2018,2019)shifted to the synergistic drive of resources,policy,and technology,and the third stage(2021,2022)formed the three-dimensional leap of resources,technology,and market.Therefore,in the future,provinces will achieve balanced development of multiple natural resources,policy and technology-enabled diversified food production structure,strengthen market orientation and differentiated regional policy design,optimize the resource allocation efficiency of the diversified food supply system from the concept of the big food concept,so as to promote the expansion of China's food supply to diversified nutrition.关键词
