大学新生心理资本异质性及其关联模式:基于潜在剖面分析
The Heterogeneity of Psychological Capital in College Freshmen and Its Association Patterns:A Latent Profile Analysis

Abstract
Objective:To identify latent profiles of psychological capital among college freshmen and examine demo-graphic predictors of profile membership and profile differences in perceived stress,overall well-being,and growth mindset.Methods:The sample comprises 4,092 college freshmen assessed with the Positive Psychological Capital Questionnaire,Perceived Stress Scale,Mental Health Continuum-Short Form,and Mindsets of Intelligence Scale.Data analysis uses latent profile analysis,the robust three-step approach(R3STEP),and the Bolck-Croon-Hagenaars(BCH)method.Results:(1)Four latent profiles of psychological capital emerge:depleted profile(18.18％),restricted profile(41.81％),sufficient profile(27.00％),and enriched profile(13.00％).(2)Student leadership experience,gender,and parental educational attainment are associated with profile membership.(3)The profiles differ significantly in perceived stress,overall well-being,and growth mindset.Conclusion:Psychological capital among college freshmen shows evident level-based heterogeneity and is associated with demographic characteristics,stress experiences,positive psychological functioning,and growth-oriented be-liefs.These findings provide evidence for mental health education and stratified support for college freshmen.关键词
