临床药师参与淡水鱼所致创伤弧菌感染患者的病例分析
Case report of clinical pharmacists participating in the patients with Vibrio vulnificus infection caused by freshwater fish
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the possibility of considering Vibrio vulnificus infection in trauma induced by freshwater fish,and to highlight the importance of clinical pharmacist involvement in formulating anti-infective regimens.Methods Following surgical intervention,clinical pharmacists participated in the therapeutic management of a patients with freshwater fish-induced infections.The pharmacists proactively recommended empirical treatment regimens covering Vibrio vulnificus even when not initially considered by the physicians and before culture results were available,while providing tailored pharmaceutical advice based on the patient's specific condition.Conclusion Clinical pharmacists fully leverage their pharmaceutical expertise to participate in determining clinical treatment plans and developed individualized medication regimens.This approach has demonstrated significant value in enhancing the efficacy of anti-infective therapies,improving treatment success rates,and mitigating adverse drug reactions.关键词
