基于胜任力模型的高素质政法干部队伍建设研究
Research on Building a High-Quality Political and Legal Official Team Based on Competency Model

Abstract
Political and legal officials shoulder the responsibilities of safeguarding overall stability,promoting social fairness and justice,and ensuring people's peaceful and happy lives.Their effective job competency is the key to sound political and legal work.Using literature analysis and questionnaire surveys,this paper constructs a competency model for political and legal officials covering 4 dimensions and 19 competency elements.A convenience sampling method is adopted to survey the competency status of 202 political and legal officials in City Z.The results show that the overall competency of political and legal officials in City Z is qualified,yet their scores for mental health are relatively low.Age and years of service exert significant impacts on the professional competence dimension of political and legal officials.Against the backdrop of rising intensity of political and legal work and increasingly complex law enforcement environments in the new era,political and legal officials are under mounting pressure.To foster a high-quality political and legal official team,a service system for safeguarding official mental health must be established to improve their psychological resilience.The cultivation of young officials should be strengthened to forge a high-quality young workforce for political and legal undertakings.关键词
