Abstract
Entrepreneurial activities in Southwest China feature unique resource endowments and institutional environments, calling for localized theoretical models with strong explanatory power.Adopting grounded theory, this paper conducts in-depth interviews and field investigations with 26 respondents including first-generation entrepreneurs, project operation staff and officials from human resources and social security departments in Yunnan,Guizhou,Sichuan and Chongqing.Through three tiers of coding—open coding, axial coding and selective coding—a theoretical model of factors influencing entrepreneurship in Southwest China is constructed, covering three dimensions:resource base(natural resource endowments, cultural resource transformation, accumulation of social capital),institutional embeddedness(policy support intensity, platform carrier development, financial service innovation, gaps in institutional implementation),and agent initiative(entrepreneur traits, market responsiveness, risk coping strategies). The study finds that entrepreneurship in Southwest China constitutes a dynamic interactive process of resource bricolage, institutional embeddedness and agent orchestration. It expands the applicability of orchestration theory in Southwest China and provides theoretical support and practical references for improving policy systems that drive employment through entrepreneur ship.关键词
